When a specific retention period doesn't apply, we keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
When determining retention periods, we consider:
The duration of an active recruitment search or talent community engagement.
Statutory limitation periods under applicable state and federal laws.
Legal requirements to retain records regarding hiring and employment inquiries.
When Personal Information is no longer needed, we securely destroy, erase, or anonymize it.
